THE ROUGHNESS OF THE ENTRY POINT
Many say that the “road to success is filled with many predicaments”. It requires a lot of patience and determination. Even the most successful people in the world they never found themselves toping, it started like a weak flame of candle until it could be a great furnace that could burn the whole world. The secret behind the success is just being positive and assume that you were not born to lose.
“Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking that they can’t lose,” Bill Gates confirms. The difference between the successful and the loser is that the successful assumes the troubles experienced at the breaking point of reaching the goal. They squeeze themselves dry, being ready to even lose what they love dearly for the sake of success. Sacrifice is also a key element. It’s always hard to continue at the check point to win the game if at all the opponents are aiming to make you lose.
Time is the only resource when mismanaged can’t be recovered. Some people overestimate what they can do in a minute while underestimating what they can do in a day. Whenever time creates opportunity, make the right move with no hesitation to occupy the chance. Opportunities are countless but short-lived. A student may fail in an exam, just because the opportunity to read was mismanaged. This doesn’t mean that for the rest of his life he is going to remain to be a failure, NO! He might be talented in another field and portray perfection, and there comes another opportunity.
“We must use time wisely and forever realize that the time is always ripe to do right,” former president of South Africa Nelson Mandela confirmed. The baseline is just to occupy the opportunities with what is right.
Always the entry point requires strength and courage renewal to propel you through the challenges gate-keeping the silver-spring. It may be hard to break the shell of the spring but always endurance is the secret behind every exceptional performers.

2015 K.C.S.E. IRREGULARITY
It was all over in the main stream media, social media – sarcastically the illiterates could also access the exam prior to the time it was to start! It was song of the day and nobody seemed to care what the hell was happening with the whole matter. Neither the government nor the K.N.E.C. officials claimed to be responsible about the exam leakage.
The K.N.E.C. CEO Dr. Kivilu responded to the claims saying the exam papers that circulated in the social media were past mock exams. The main stream media could display some of the papers a day before, but amazingly, the K.N.E.C. could prove it right that they were responsible by bringing the same papers! Could this be all coincident of the mock papers with the 2015 K.C.S.E. papers as claimed by the C.E.O? The question has not yet been answered so far.
The CS for Education Prof. Kaimenyi had the same rhythm as the K.N.E.C. officials indicating that even the government had blind-folded concerning the 2015 K.C.S.E. irregularity.
Could this be a government plan to suppress Kenya Education system? Could this also be a government strategy to counteract the teachers’ strike that lasted for five weeks? One of the secondary school teacher said it was government’s plan to suppress teachers’ efforts due to the strike they had and also to counteract any future teachers’ strike.
‘’All this is government plan to provide the exam leakage and claim that the students were fully prepared inspite of the national teachers’ strike,” Mr. Osebe said, a Chemistry and Biology teacher at St. Martin’s Kyumani Secondary School in Kibwezi, Makueni County.
He was responding to the statement that Dr. Kivilu gave in response to the request that the Teachers’ Unions had send to him to postpone the examination date due to unpreparedness of the students as a result of the teachers’ strike. Dr. Kivilu said that they cannot postpone the exam dates as the students are fully prepared for the exam.
“Kivilu wants to fake the teachers’ efforts by being responsible for the entire 2015 K.C.S.E. leakage,” Mr. Osebe added.
The big question remains unanswered, who was behind the 2015 K.C.S.E. exam irregularity? Will it also happen to the 2015 K.C.P.E. exam?

Invisible Strength Shines When Idendified.
"Everything" not only "Every human" has an hidden potential, which explores beyond boundaries when exploited. Academic performance is not only the guarantee for a glittering future, but only an element which catalyses hard decision making where intellectuality is required.
Richard Branson, The owner and founder of Virgin Group. No one could have the right guess about the future of Richard Branson, a global entrepreneur. Even himself could not predict his tomorrow after the day he was chased from school due to poor academic performance. "You would either end up in prison or become a millionaire" these were words his head master kept on telling him as a reminder of him being a dunderhead.
He started his entrepreneurial activities at the the age of 16 by running a Student Magazine. Today, he owns more than 400 global companies among them including the Virgin Atlantic airways. He also writes Entrepreneurial journals on Daily Nation on every Tuesday to encourage the young entrepreneurs.
Some words uttered by our haters or our mentors whom we expect to encourage us should not discourage us in a way but propel us to another level of our desires.

Media Council of Kenya Addresses the Public at Eldoret town
The forum involved university students from Moi University, university lecturers, religious leaders, political leaders and the general public.
Violation of media ethics by the media pushed the council to address the issue. It is a forum which is aiming at making the public aware of the ethics country wide.
Another issue that was addressed is about whether the vernacular stations are ethically airing their programs. The topic led by Mr. Kibet (one of the M.C.K. presenters) aroused many controversial issues especially if the general public is to be blamed for unethical comments during call-ins or is the program host? He led the discussion with a presentation which led the audience, especially the scholars taking sides.
The forum ended at around 1 pm where some of the students talked of its impact in their line of career.

There are basically four types of
electronic components that you are likely to run into; through-hole passive
components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc.), through-hole active
components (diodes, transistors, integrated circuits, etc.) and surface mount
passives and actives. Passive components do not require any special handling
except for observing polarity of electrolytic capacitors. JAWAM Electronics is a good place to buy components.
They have a large selection and don’t mind selling small quantities. It’s a
good idea, unless the component is expensive, to buy a spare in case something
happens to the original. JAWAM
Electronics has specialized on Telecommunication
Electronics. We are located at Co-operative Towers ground floor opposite
Railway Station in Nairobi.
